  They actually deserve a negative star, but since that's not possible, they get the undeserved one star.
  Very shady--- Steer clear of this company! They live up to the worst of their reviewers: incompetent, unprofessional and careless. They had our delivery (many items, too numerous to mention) for over a week and never called to schedule a time for drop-off. When we realized they had possession of our belongings for over a week, we called and were told they would try to deliver it in a week! We spoke with Amy and Tammy- typical dragons-at-the-gate who enjoy being rude and unhelpful.
  The lack of professionalism and humanity in this company leaves me, in the words of another reviewer, speechless.

  Our expected delivery dates were March 11-16. It is now March 26th and we still have no package. After a phone call yesterday, our delivery is scheduled for March 31 between 1600-2000. Never have I had something so late, with no apologies, no reasoning, nothing.
  
  Apparently we were supposed to call the company and schedule a delivery date. The email I received informed me just the opposite, that they would call us to schedule a delivery. In addition, our complaints are ignored completely.
  Wow, what a company
